Ethical Identity

Islamic law is not just a set of rules, but inheres in ethics as both constitute a call to righteous action in conformity with the guidance of Revelation. Thus, while the ethics related to contracts will include virtues such as honesty, trust, transparency, etc, they also will incorporate the legal obligations and stipulations. As a result, ethics can be evaluated by examining whether the legal conditions and stipulations of a contract are fulfilled or not.
